Hello there from the Desk of Chef Jeff!

I would like to say thank you on behalf of my partner and Co-Owner Melissa Price and our wonderful staff for those of you who have tried out our gorgeous new venue in the Hurd Troon Center on N. Alma School Parkway at Dynamite Blvd! We are now entering our 7th week operating during the tail end of an intense summer heatwave. We have been learning and listening to our wonderful communities that surround us and are looking forward to so many wonderful dinners and events to share with all of you!

It is important to help define to those of you who may not have joined us as of yet, who and what we are. We are a true steak and seafood restaurant serving the very best USDA Prime Black Angus beef and the very freshest seafood as well as beautifully locally grown and sourced produce. Beyond our amazing steaks, chops, and seafood, and our amazing Global Wine List, we also have a fun and affordable Happy Hour from 3:00 to 6:00 pm Wednesday through Sunday! We are closed on Monday and Tuesday so our wonderful staff can enjoy their personal time. We are only open for dinner and highly suggest reservations especially on the weekends! We have seating for groups up to 12 in our Mob Wall booth but also have a wonderful patio that holds 30 plus guests with amazing views of the surrounding mountains while our fire pots glow as the gorgeous Arizona sun begins to set.

Our upcoming entertainment roster is proving to be a great season into early January and brings you several options for local entertainment that is quality and worth your wonderful ticket purchases. Everything from amazing local musicians, comedians, beautiful wine dinners with some of the world’s best vineyards, and finally we are the only venue that hosts Murder Mystery Dinners written by a Emmy Award winning Disney Writer Dev Ross and her amazing cast will guarantee that you will find yourself in a great new restaurant that promises a unique fun factor in addition to our great food and libations!

We look forward to sharing our fun and whimsical Prohibition Era restaurant with our custom-created Prohibition Cocktail list, fun craft beers, and of course beautiful world-class wines! Our delicious food spans a steakhouse attitude of Prime Steaks from Tama, Iowa hand-cut by our wonderful friends at French’s Meats in Scottsdale! Our seafood is amazingly fresh source from the Pacific Northwest to the cold waters of the Atlantic and Alaska. Our Duroc Pork Chop from New Jersey is mouth-watering no matter how you well done you ask it to be cooked! The amazing Colorado lamb chops are simply delicious with delicious grilled Cippolini Onions and that yummy mint jelly! We can create a delicious dinner for the Vegetarian in you from our wonderful sides, especially our amazing Portobello Pleasure! Don’t forget to enjoy our fun desserts and dessert wines!
